
Problem to Solve
The challenge was to translate a premium, calm, and authentic product into an eye-catching animated outdoor format — where passersby only have a few seconds to grasp the message. The animation needed to remain elegant, while emphasizing freshness, origin, and quality.
Project Objective
Design and animate a visual for an outdoor digital billboard campaign to promote the brand’s new olive harvest. The goal was to attract attention in urban environments while maintaining the brand’s high-end image.

Process
1. Prepared layered files from the final design using Photoshop.
2. Animated the entire sequence in Adobe After Effects.
3. Exported versions optimized for digital billboard specs (landscape ratio, high contrast, and screen-safe motion).
4. Adapted and formatted the final animation for screens.
The visual layout was originally created by the agency’s art director. I was responsible for preparing the artwork for animation by separating all necessary elements in Photoshop and organizing layers for motion.
I then animated the scene in Adobe After Effects, focusing on smooth transitions, text reveals, and product highlights, while keeping timing optimized for outdoor digital screens. I also handled the adaptation and formatting for multiple billboard sizes.

Result
The animated campaign gave Zouitina’s new harvest communication strong visibility in public spaces. It was displayed on digital billboards in Casablanca and Rabat, catching the attention of passersby with smooth motion and premium visual appeal. The animation reinforced the product’s seasonal freshness and contributed to elevating the brand’s high-end positioning.
